Chess Team Captures 3rd

Albion took third place in this year’s district chess tournament! Ethan Merkley was in first chair, Johnny Crofts in second chair, Sam Wood in third chair, Wade Woodbury in fourth chair, Josh Lindsay in fifth chair, and Andrew High in 6th chair. Lincoln Wong and Braxton Bernal attended as alternates. Wade Woodbury walked home with an individual medal by taking first place in his chair! Way to go, Albion’s chess team!
