    1. 4:00 Member Clawson motioned to call meeting to order; Member Simao seconded motion. All in favor.

    2. Financial Report – Presented by Member Hart.
      1. We are on track spending wise. Other than our struggle with hiring and paying for aides, funds are being used appropriately.
      2. Review of TSSP –
        1. On track for using funds to pay interventionists
        2. Chromebook Cart on hold but we will be purchasing from a new vender
        3. Newsela was purchased and financial obligation was met.
        4. Leveled Texts were and are being purchased.
        5. Impact Teams – Day 4 of the 5 day training was completed. We are on track and have enough money to finish the training.
      3. Land Trust
        1. funds were used for math tutoring, Lego League, and Math Counts;
        2. Funds for teacher collaboration were used.
        3. Funds were also used for aides but we are struggling to get people hired.
      4. Member Tingey stated the board is aware of the struggle for pay scale of aides.
  5. Counseling report – given by Member Jewell
      1. Parent Notification of Student Threat is down 9 from last year!
        1. Project Connection has contributed to this with the time taken to meet with students.
          1. Details of how Project Connection works with students and parents at Albion was explained by Member Jewell and Member Hart.

    1. Teacher and Student Success Plan 2020-21
      1. Land Trust $117,322; TSSP has not been allocated yet
      2. 2020-2021 Instructional Objectives Proposal shared and explained.
        1. The same three goals from last year will be kept and deepened.
        2. Aides, interventionists w/ benefits, subs, professional development, planners, second step program (implementation is unclear now), Newsela (might be covered by district ELA budget)
        3. Members overall are considering and discussing lessening the number of aides and supporting two full-time licensed teachers as interventionists.
  7. Final comments, proposed agenda items, and adjournment
    1. Member Simao asked for members to encourage and support Albion’s Girls on the Run – Heart and Sole team. It’s an SEL after school program that works to develop the whole girl in brain, heart, social, body, and spirit!
