  1. Call to Order and Approval of Agenda
    1. 7:37 Member Clawson motioned to call meeting to order; Member Simao seconded motion. All in favor.
  2. Member Clawson proposed approval of minutes; Member Anderson motioned to approve. Member Allen seconded motion. All in favor.
  3. TSSA Presentation and Discussion
    1. TSSP and Landtrust monies are aggregated in the document
    2. SCC Meetings & Faculty Meetings; Subs provided for teacher planning
    3. Data shared two meetings ago used to set goals.
    4. Reading Goal is very strategic and individualized for each student – Each student increase annual Lexile from Fall to Spring on the RI (3x/year) & IPOP data on feedback cycles and scaffolding
    5. New this year – how to meet needs of students with disabilities;
    6. Only 4 -5 ELL students but their needs will still be met through goals
    7. Math goals mirror the Reading goals using the MI; also include funding for aides
    8. Chromebooks were added to cover for the possible loss of chromebooks over At Home Learning time.
    9. Climate Goal shared and discussed.
    10. Schools were asked to allocate the same amount of LandTrust money for TSSP.
    11. If you agree you may come into Albion and sign the paper or you send an email back to Molly with a “Yes” or “No” that can then be attached to the documentation.
  4. WHAT THE HECK?! Discussion
    1. New Quarter has begun; teachers are putting out new content.
    2. Molly, Stephanie, and Mary shared how admin and teachers are coping with changes, handling changes, etc.
      1. Mary suggested a survey of feedback from parents/students to gage levels of frustration and/or satisfaction. Members agreed with this.
      2. Stephanie suggested a schedule or a routine to follow each day. Members agreed with this.
  5. Counseling Report –
      1. No official report for today.
      2. We are still monitoring the SafeUT app. Counselors follow up on that.
      3. Families with parents who have lost their jobs are being provided with support.
        1. If students are not checking in with teachers, counselors and office staff are working to follow-up.
  6. Teacher Report – was given under item 3.
