Every year we partner with two Title 1 schools in Canyons School District to help put a smile on the kdis faces as they leave for Christmas break. We made a goal to donate 1,500 boxes of cereal this year. We were 14 boxes short at the beginning of sixth period on the deadline day. However, our community showed up and brought in more boxes and we were able to collect 1,611 boxes of cereal to send to two Title 1 schools in the district.
Each student in need will receive two boxes of cereal to take home over the break, while they aren’t able to get breakfast at the schools. We are so grateful for a wonderful school community that gives back to others.
