1. Call to Order
   • Approval of agenda and December meeting minutes

2. General Business
   • “Educator of Excellence” award nominations to go out this Next Noble knight assembly is February 7.
   • Double check school and state website rosters for accuracy schools.utah.gov/publicreports
   • Bengal Fair February 8 from 5:30-7:30 m.
   • Remaining meeting dates for 2022-2023 Feb.22, 29, Apr. 26

3. Principal Report
   • Final report for previous year’s TSSP and LAND trust due to be submitted at the end of the month.
   • Review current LAND trust and TSSP plan
   • School data
   • Begin TSSP and Land Trust plans for next year – any foreseeable needs that will require additional funding or a shift in the current plan?
   • Follow up on cheating issue
   • ELL course at the U of U – how many utilized the opportunity?

4. Counselor Report
   • High School Course Selection coming up with a visit from Brighton counseling department – what help can we provide?

5. Faculty Report
   • Follow up on discussion of screen free assignments and class time.
